DESCRIPTION:At the March IFP meeting we will continue to “notice\, observe and assess” how competitive situations are changing because of the pandemic’s resolution. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease join us for the IFP Leadership Teams Monthly Meeting: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEconomic Principles\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, March 9\, 2021  |  9:00 am – 2:00 pm PT  |  via ZOOM\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn online meeting for the Intentional Fulfillment Program \n\n\n\nwith Toby Hecht and Greg Scharnagl \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease RSVP by 12:00 pm PT on Tuesday\, March 2.\n\n\n\n\nRegister now\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe focus of this meeting will be on increasing our competitive capabilities and advantages using Economic Principles. \n\n\n\nA principle of design that Aji respects\, and that is required in order for a strategy to work in the world\, is that every OPNS be consistent and coherent with reality’s operations. \n\n\n\nEconomic Principles are explanations of reality’s operations in the marketplace and explain why and how human beings transact\, produce\, distribute and sell goods and services. \n\n\n\nWe will continue to “notice\, observe and assess” how competitive situations are changing because of the pandemic’s resolution and how to avoid threats\, fulfill obligations and exploit opportunities in order to fulfill your financial\, career and business intentions. \n\n\n\nWe will also discuss business planning distinctions you can use to increase your competitive capabilities and advantages.  We will take a bit of time to reflect on how they develop your Action Packages and those of your Networks of Capabilities. \n\n\n\nWe may begin to work with different ways to design new strategic and competitive practices if reports about the pandemic’s resolution make it immediately relevant. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Preparation Requests\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n10 days prior to the meeting\, we will send you a request to Read or Watch a selection from aji.com and respond to Reflection Questions.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet with a group of 3-6 IFP Participants from either program. \n\n\n\nUse the questions to develop your thinking and leadership capabilities. \n\n\n\nYou will discuss your answers with one another during the meeting. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou may invite guests to this meeting.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe understand you may want to build your Leadership Team with people who are unfamiliar with Aji’s Intention Fulfillment Program\, what it’s like to use Aji\, or how to work with Networks of Capabilities to double productivity\, value and incomes. \n\n\n\nTo make it easier for them to join the Intention Fulfillment Program\, if appropriate\, \n\n\n\n… invite guests whom you’d like on your Leadership Team to attend this meeting.  (No charge.) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThen\, after the meeting\, you can resolve whether it is appropriate for them to join you and your team in The IFP. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo invite others to your Leadership Team: \n\n\n\n1.
