Winners produce for themselves and their families the annual income\, capital-at-work for retirement and\, in the case of business owners\, enterprise value that enables them to live a good life. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNoticing power\, valuing power and transacting for power are three fundamental skills ambitious businesspeople require to fulfill their life\, financial and business ambitions. \n\n\n\nAll three skills are essential for producing\, maintaining and exceeding top 1% annual incomes. They exist for the fundamental purpose of enabling businesspeople to accumulate power – knowledge\, networks\, accomplishments\, capital – continuously throughout their careers to produce and maintain the identities\, value and competitive advantages necessary to outperform 99% of all other businesspeople. \n\n\n\nAll three are necessary to produce an autonomous capacity to accumulate power for a career\, organization or business.   \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe skills are learned in sequence because each one produces a necessary foundation for the next.   \n\n\n\nNoticing power is a prerequisite for valuing power. \n\n\n\nValuing power is a prerequisite for transacting for power. \n\n\n\nAmbitious businesspeople who master the three skills perform them simultaneously as they work to fulfill their personal ambitions and business missions. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us to learn or further develop your skills at noticing\, valuing and transacting for power  \n\n\n\n… to increase your competitive capabilities for designing\, preparing and leading \n\n\n\n… to produce competitive advantages for you\, your organization and your business\,  \n\n\n\n … and to double productivity\, value and incomes\, and produce and maintain top 1% incomes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt the January Conference\, we will focus on noticing\, valuing and transacting for power while building everyone’s capacity to think and act with The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy\, which is 12 sources and forms of power\,  \n\n\n\n… so that you can invent\, refine and augment your specific strategies for producing marginal utilities and competitive advantages with your leadership and organizations to execute your business mission and fulfill your personal ambitions.   \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe three skills of noticing\, valuing and transacting for power are distinct from each other.   \n\n\n\nEach one requires a person to learn unique sets of moods\, linguistic distinctions and embodied practices.  We will develop these and your offers\, practices\, narratives and strategies to use and exploit them.   \n\n\n\nEach one has its own specific purpose and generates its own unique situation from which you can think and act with increasing amounts of power.  These narratives are always invented\, and we will build these capabilities at the conference.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe work we do will include: \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nNoticing power\, which is a sophisticated skill that requires the capacity to interpret the meaning and relevance of what we perceive\, which we learn\, cultivate and practice continuously.
