\n\n\n\nSimply put\, businesspeople who lack the capability to confidently generate a steady stream of ambitious and powerful “design projects” to produce new\, uncommon\, strategic and superior offers cannot compete in the top 1%.  Their lack of capacity produces offers that are always either late or already “obvious” to everyone\, i.e.\, competitors\, customers\, employers\, employees and colleagues. \n\n\n\nTherefore\, the primary strategic concern of ambitious businesspeople must be to continually\, rapidly and aggressively acquire and then increase their competitive capabilities to produce and execute top 1% “design projects” for new offers and practices. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAny other focus — such as using common intuition or business knowledge\, determination or working harder to “figure out” what to do —  is actually a distraction\, and is guaranteed by economic principles to fail because it results in offers that are common\, mediocreand already “obvious” in the marketplace. \n\n\n\nSlow and mediocre production of offers and practices after they are already “obvious” to competitors and customers explains why hardworking “business laborers” are unable to earn top 1% annual incomes.  \n\n\n\nIt explains why they are unable to save and invest enough to survive\, be free and live a good life throughout their 40-year career and 20-30 years of old age. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSince every “design project” to produce a new offer or practice has enormous consequences for success and failure to people seeking to double productivity\, value and income\, and generate top 1% annual incomes\, and for the personal freedom people require to compete aggressively\, each one has enormous strategic significance.  \n\n\n\nThe importance of each design project’s aggressiveness and superiority\, relative to the mediocre projects of the bottom 99%\, and their coherence with fundamental strategies for continually accumulating more knowledge and power\, cannot be overstated. might be missing\, weak\, flawed\, incomplete or compelling and seductive\, and anticipate future offers and practices \n\n\n\n… to design and modify your offers and practices to produce competitive
