At this month’s meeting we will be building our competitive capabilities to design fresh, new offers, practices, narratives and strategies by focusing on The Spine of IR#4 Business Concerns.

Aji is designed to help people act to produce competitive situations in rapid change and increased complexity. Computers and the internet drove increased complexity and rapid change in IR#4 and AI is now accelerating it.

AI is a new source for producing competitive advantages for people who have the philosophy, strategic intentions, strategic knowledge and skills, and language to exploit it. Using Aji and The Spine of Business Concerns enables businesspeople to exploit AI to produce competitive advantages more effectively, strategically and competitively.

In this meeting we will develop everyone’s capacity to think with the fundamental business concerns of The Spine to open space for people to think and act with them specifically with AI.

The usual way to understand a business in order to sell goods and services is to look at what people are doing in it or to listen to them explain what they are trying to accomplish.

Another way is to know what to listen for, and how to listen for it, in a way that reveals easily and quickly how to design a fresh, new offer, practice, narrative or strategy people will find important, useful and worth buying, and are unable to find anywhere else,

… because you know in advance the fundamental business concerns they must take care of to a satisfactory standard before they will be able to fulfill their financial, career and business intentions.

To be a businessperson means to be concerned with a business’ constitution, strategy, capital structures, sales, production and profitability. In Aji we call these six concerns The Spine and they are where we usually begin when learning the 22 Fundamental Business Concerns.

Building Networks of Capabilities

Designing, executing, deconstructing, assessing and anticipating offers is the Tactical Pivot IR#4 businesspeople use to exploit The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy, produce competitive advantages, and fulfill their personal ambitions and business missions.

The first strategic intention of designing and executing offers, practices, narratives, and strategies is to build Networks of Capabilities.

The Aji Networks of Capabilities Meeting focuses on helping businesspeople build strategic and competitive networks inside The Aji Advantage as well as their specific markets so that they can double their incomes.

In the meeting, we will demonstrate how to use the Spine of Business Concerns to execute The Strategy’s “Strategic Pivot”, which includes:

  • Building Networks of Capabilities
  • Increasing autonomies
  • Producing highly valued accomplishments
  • Establishing identities of superior trustworthiness, value, authority, leadership and dignity
  • Holding highly compensated leadership roles
  • Building powerful business organizations
  • Anticipating future threats, obligations and opportunities

The real money in IR#4 is the capacity to make and fulfill on a steady stream of OPNS that are fresh, new, highly valued and scarce relative to demand

The generating of a surplus so that businesspeople can take care of themselves and their families
