The Networks of Capabilities meetings focus on increasing businesspeople’s Sales, Design, and Leadership Capabilities so that they can build IR#4 Networks of Capabilities (NWC) and fulfill their financial, career, and business intentions.
This is Part #6 of The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy. It is a strategic focus and “Source of Power” businesspeople use to double their productivity, value and income.
IR#4’s NWC are a new strategic and competitive practice that is made possible by the existence of computers and the internet.
They are twice as competitive as IR#3’s Networks of Convenience.
Anticipating threats, obligations and opportunities is an essential skill for producing marginal utilities that are fresh, new, highly valued and scare relative to demand. It is essential because the highly valued and scarce marginal utilities are what compel people to act quickly and pay premiums.
IR#4 businesspeople and their Networks of Capabilities build their capabilities to anticipate how technology, politics, economics, demographics and competitors affect future threats, obligations and opportunities
… so they can be (#1) first to market, (#2) invent new capabilities in advance and design, and (#3) fulfill more seductive and compelling OPNS so they can double their and their networks’ productivity, value and income.
In the meeting, we will discuss the five fundamental forces that affect everyone’s “space of possibilities” for successfully competing for high incomes and enterprise value.
We will break into groups where you can think and invent with these distinctions to help you speculate and begin to design your 2025 Strategic Intentions
… to produce new opportunities to design new offers practices, narratives and strategies that you can use to
… build more powerful Networks of Capabilities, increase your autonomies, produce highly valued accomplishments, establish superior identities of trustworthiness, value, authority, leadership and dignity, hold highly compensated leadership roles, and build powerful business organizations.
Please invite and host your networks so you can work together strategically to design and execute a steady stream of fresh, new OPNS that are valued and scarce relative to demand to fulfill your personal ambitions and business missions.
