Moods are Everything!

Noticing Observing and Assessing Good and Bad Moods

Tuesday, February 18, 2025 | 9:00 – 11:00 am PT | via Zoom

with Greg Scharnagl, CEO of The Aji Advantage

All thoughts and action ambitious businesspeople perform, as well as the thoughts and actions of their competitors, customers, employers, employees and colleagues, exist inside always, already existing moods.

As people’s moods change, so do their narratives and actions. This is especially important when learning new knowledge and how to adopt and exploit new tools such as AI.

Please join us to learn how to notice, observe and assess moods to produce the actions required to learn competitive strategic knowledge, use new tools, fulfill your ambitions and lead your networks.

To produce competitive advantages and superior value with a steady stream of new, uncommon, strategic and superior offers, practices, narratives and strategies, ambitious businesspeople must be experts producing and working with their moods and the moods of others.

Moods are manifestations or our nervous system’s willingness and readiness to act. When we are threatened, obligated or in the presence of a needed opportunity to survive, be free and live a good life, our nervous system responds by changing state.  Part of our changed state is moods appropriate for effective thought and action.

“Good moods” throw people into effective body sensations, thoughts and actions for survival, freedom and living a good life.

“Bad moods” throw people’s sensations, thoughts and actions into ineffective relationships with threats, obligations and opportunities in their environment.

In the meeting, we will work on the second distinction of the “Aji Action Package”, as well as Good Moods that enable and Bad Moods to avoid for:

  • Building Networks of Capabilities
  • Increasing autonomies
  • Producing highly valued accomplishments
  • Establishing identities of superior trustworthiness, value, authority, leadership and dignity
  • Holding highly compensated leadership roles
  • Building powerful business organizations
  • Anticipating future threats, obligations and opportunities
