The Networks of Capabilities meetings focus on increasing businesspeople’s Sales, Design, and Leadership Capabilities so that they can build IR#4 Networks of Capabilities (NWC) and fulfill their financial, career, and business intentions.

This is Part #6 of The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy. It is a strategic focus and “Source of Power” businesspeople use to double their productivity, value and income.

IR#4’s NWC are a new strategic and competitive practice that is made possible by the existence of computers and the internet.

They are twice as competitive as IR#3’s Networks of Convenience.

In the meeting, we will work on the fundamental organization of a leadership role and the standards that make one highly valued so that you can double your productivity, value and income, and produce and maintain top 1% incomes.

We will break into groups where you can think and invent with the two fundamental structures of every leadership offer so that you can deconstruct and diagnose your and your competitor’s leadership offers.

In the groups you will speculate about how to design and improve your leadership offers to they are fresh, new, highly valued and scarce relative to demand.

Please invite and host your networks so you can work together strategically to design and execute a steady stream of fresh, new OPNS that are highly valued and scarce relative to demand to fulfill your personal ambitions and business missions.
