Roseen Scharnagl is co-owner of The Aji Advantage. Throughout her career, she has specialized in technology adaptation and adoption, production and distribution, marketing, resource planning and budgeting, and strategic project management.
As the former Vice President of The Aji Network where she worked for 28 years, Roseen was responsible for all technology and marketing-related operations. Her leadership helped increase revenues, enterprise value, and customer satisfaction.
Roseen has an ability to adapt quickly to new and unfamiliar situations. She has enabled her employers to take advantage of continually changing technologies – recognizing its opportunities to create value. She has aided in designing new offers to increase the ease with which customers can learn and use Aji, while reducing expenses up to 66%.
Learning Aji
Roseen was first introduced to Aji through her husband, Greg Scharnagl, now CEO and Owner of The Aji Advantage. She enrolled in the (then) Business Professional’s Course shortly after seeing the value in learning the same knowledge, language, and practices Greg was learning. Practicing Aji together enabled them to work on shared narratives for fulfilling their ambitions.
Working with Aji
Roseen joined the Aji team in 1994 as Executive Assistant to Toby Hecht. Having learned Aji early in her career, she contributed to The Aji Network’s ROI for the past 28 years, and brings that same capability to The Aji Advantage.
She takes the most satisfaction from working with her colleagues and seeing Aji students fulfill their ambitions and improve their lives.
