As CEO and Owner of The Aji Advantage, Greg provides strategic corporate direction for all aspects of the organization – from sales, production, profitability, and marketing to the quality of the programs offered.
Greg uses the skills and knowledge learned through Aji to lead the organization and assist ambitious businesspeople (those already performing in the top 5% of the marketplace; $150k+) with learning and using the strategic knowledge they need to fulfill their life, financial, and business ambitions.
He leads The Aji Advantage’s courses and programs, including The Aji Intention Fulfillment Program and The Introduction to Aji Course.
In his 28 years with The Aji Network, prior to founding The Aji Advantage, Greg was responsible for:
- Leading The Aji Network’s courses and programs, including the two-year Business Professional’s Course, for at least 20 years.
- Increasing annual incomes for The Aji Course graduates by an average of 149%.
- Leading more than 200 meetings on leadership, design, strategy, ethics, and ambition throughout the US and Mexico.
Working with Aji
Greg’s first introduction to Aji was in 1990. As a GE employee, Greg participated in The Technical Sales Program (TSP), through which he met The Aji Network’s CEO and founder, Toby Hecht. He was immediately impacted by Hecht’s new and fresh knowledge presented to TSP participants.
He joined The Aji Network in 1994, and became the company’s president in 2011.
In 2021, he founded The Aji Advantage.
