To Double Productivity, Value and Income
An Aji IFP Conference for Students and Their Guests
January 28 & 29, 2027
Orlando/Kissimmee, FL
Please register by June 12, 2026.
Business is a game of power in which we participate to take care of our concerns for living a good life.
Whoever has the most power to design, craft, make and fulfill the most valuable offers, practices, narratives and strategies “wins”.
The prize for winning is, fundamentally, money or the capacity to transact with others. Winners produce for themselves and their families the annual income, capital-at-work for retirement and, in the case of business owners, enterprise value that enables them to live a good life.
Noticing power, valuing power and transacting for power are three fundamental skills ambitious businesspeople require to fulfill their life, financial and business ambitions.
All three skills are essential for producing, maintaining and exceeding top 1% annual incomes. They exist for the fundamental purpose of enabling businesspeople to accumulate power – knowledge, networks, accomplishments, capital – continuously throughout their careers to produce and maintain the identities, value and competitive advantages necessary to outperform 99% of all other businesspeople.
All three are necessary to produce an autonomous capacity to accumulate power for a career, organization or business.
The skills are learned in sequence because each one produces a necessary foundation for the next.
Noticing power is a prerequisite for valuing power.
Valuing power is a prerequisite for transacting for power.
Ambitious businesspeople who master the three skills perform them simultaneously as they work to fulfill their personal ambitions and business missions.
Join us to learn or further develop your skills at noticing, valuing and transacting for power
… to increase your competitive capabilities for designing, preparing and leading
… to produce competitive advantages for you, your organization and your business,
… and to double productivity, value and incomes, and produce and maintain top 1% incomes.
At the January Conference, we will focus on noticing, valuing and transacting for power while building everyone’s capacity to think and act with The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy, which is 12 sources and forms of power,
… so that you can invent, refine and augment your specific strategies for producing marginal utilities and competitive advantages with your leadership and organizations to execute your business mission and fulfill your personal ambitions.
The three skills of noticing, valuing and transacting for power are distinct from each other.
Each one requires a person to learn unique sets of moods, linguistic distinctions and embodied practices. We will develop these and your offers, practices, narratives and strategies to use and exploit them.
Each one has its own specific purpose and generates its own unique situation from which you can think and act with increasing amounts of power. These narratives are always invented, and we will build these capabilities at the conference.
The work we do will include:
- Noticing power, which is a sophisticated skill that requires the capacity to interpret the meaning and relevance of what we perceive, which we learn, cultivate and practice continuously. It is not automatic or a reflex
- Valuing power and fundamental criteria and standards for assessing importance, utility and worth
- Transacting for power and how to produce surpluses so that people are seduced and compelled to transact quickly and pay premiums
- Philosophies of power to exploit to produce effective, strategic and competitive situations
- Sources of power and how to accumulate them
- Forms of power and how to think and act with them to produce competitive advantages
- Categories of power and how to use them to make assessments for designing, executing and producing satisfaction with OPNS
- Methods of accumulating power for growing and increasing capacity
- Operations of power to avoid self-defeating practices and increase people’s willingness to quickly accept OPNS and pay premiums
- Moves of power and how to use and exploit them strategically
We will use the strategic knowledge of noticing, valuing and transacting with power to work on the fundamental practices that in Aji we revisit at the start of each calendar year, which include:
Constituting and refining your business plans
… to have every offer, practice, narrative and strategy of your organizations and business help you accumulate power and be strategically aligned to produce increased speed, competitive capabilities, and seduction to increase revenues and profits, and reduce costs.
Specifying new, and improving already declared, strategic projects
… to build your Networks of Capabilities, increase your autonomies, produce highly valued accomplishments, establish superior identities of trustworthiness, value, authority, leadership and dignity, build powerful business organizations, and anticipate future threats, obligations and opportunities.
