The Networks of Capabilities meetings focus on increasing businesspeople’s Sales, Design, and Leadership Capabilities so that they can build IR#4 Networks of Capabilities (NWC) and fulfill their financial, career, and business intentions.
This is Part #6 of The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy. It is a strategic focus and “Source of Power” businesspeople use to double their productivity, value and income.
IR#4’s NWC are a new strategic and competitive practice that is made possible by the existence of computers and the internet.
They are twice as competitive as IR#3’s Networks of Convenience.
Highly valued accomplishments are the fundamental strategic evidence
… or “proof of knowledge, value and trustworthiness”
… that demonstrates and displays the truth about a businessperson’s knowledge, power and ethics for producing highly valued offers.
They are the equivalent of a professional golfer’s scores and wins on the circuit. They are the basis powerful customers, employers, employees and colleagues use for assessing competitive advantages and the value of offers.
Highly valued accomplishments “show” (demonstrate and display), rather than “tell” (rhetoric, hype or bullshit), the type and value of help offered by businesspeople and their business organizations to take care of the concerns of those who can value, cooperate, coordinate action and compensate them.
Careers, highly compensated leadership roles and powerful organizations require a foundation of highly valued offers, networks, autonomies and accomplishments to exist.
The beginnings of the foundation take a bit of time and study to produce as they do in any other knowledge-based profession. Then they take ongoing study to develop, mature and maintain.
The same is true for doubling productivity, value and income, and generating top 1% annual incomes throughout a person’s career.
