The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy (ASFS)

A Fundamental Framework, or Master Plan,

For Top 1% Strategic and Competitive Design

To Increase Competitive Capabilities and Advantages, Productivity, Value and Income

The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy (ASFS), invented by Toby Hecht, is a competitive fundamental action plan with 12 strategic intentions. It enables businesspeople to earn a living, or become rich, in The Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR#4) so they can earn and save enough money to care for their spouse and children now and throughout 25+ years of old age after retirement.

The 12-part strategy anticipates every fundamental human, financial, career and business concern, situation, capability and strategy businesspeople are certain to encounter in IR#4 when working to fulfill their financial, career and business intentions.

All 12 strategic intentions of The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy are focused on producing, maintaining and increasing businesspeople’s (1) tactical, (2) strategic and (3) fundamental competitive advantages, or power, using computer technologies and their Networks of Capabilities. With these competitive advantages, businesspeople can increase their productivity, value and incomes.
