The Networks of Capabilities meetings focus on increasing businesspeople’s Sales, Design, and Leadership Capabilities so that they can build IR#4 Networks of Capabilities (NWC) and fulfill their financial, career, and business intentions.
This is Part #6 of The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy. It is a strategic focus and “Source of Power” businesspeople use to double their productivity, value and income.
IR#4’s NWC are a new strategic and competitive practice that is made possible by the existence of computers and the internet.
They are twice as competitive as IR#3’s Networks of Convenience.
At this meeting we will focus on Top 1% Leadership Skills and continue to learn how to use Aji to double your productivity, value and incomes and build your Networks of Capabilities
We will begin the meeting by discussing what makes someone’s life deeply meaningful, totally worthwhile, completely satisfactory and enjoyable, which is essential to increase your leadership capabilities and double your income during an Industrial Revolution.
Then I will lead the following conversations to begin to build a background for designing leadership offers:
Identities of Superior Trustworthiness, Value, Authority, Leadership and Dignity (integrity and value)
HOW Leaders HELP people
How do Businesspeople BEGIN to Design Leadership Offers?
What is an IR#4 Competitive Situation?
We will then break into groups to discuss these questions:
1. What new distinctions about leadership did you learn?
2. What new conversations about leading and doubling your productivity, value and incomes can you now have with your spouse, colleagues, employees, employers, vendors and customers?
3. What new actions can you now see to take to fulfill your intentions to double your productivity, value and income?
