Designing Top 1% Business Narratives

The 10 Components of the Exposition

Tuesday, June 16 2026 | 9:00 – 11:00 am PT | via Zoom

with Greg Scharnagl, CEO of The Aji Advantage

The Networks of Capabilities meetings focus on increasing businesspeople’s Sales, Design, and Leadership Capabilities so that they can build IR#4 Networks of Capabilities (NWC) and fulfill their financial, career, and business intentions.

This is Part #6 of The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy. It is a strategic focus and “Source of Power” businesspeople use to double their productivity, value and income.

IR#4’s NWC are a new strategic and competitive practice that is made possible by the existence of computers and the internet.

They are twice as competitive as IR#3’s Networks of Convenience.

Knowing how to design Business Narratives is the senior, or most powerful, practice when working in a rapidly changing, intensely competitive, increasingly complex and technologically advanced global marketplace.

It enables businesspeople to constitute interpretations, commitments and actions to fulfill their financial, career and business intentions.

It makes it possible to produce transactions needed to make money.

It increases competitive capabilities and advantages, productivity, value and incomes.

Knowing how to design Business Narratives so that they are effective, tactical, strategic and competitive in IR#4

… is required to double productivity, value and income.

To design a Business Narrative that is “effective”, or that produces outcomes that fulfill businesspeople’s intentions, which is necessary before it can be tactical, strategic and competitive, it must be complete.

It cannot be missing any of its parts, or commitments.

In this meeting we will:

Revisit the 5 parts of every business narrative that make it complete; the exposition, conflict, rising action, resolution and denouement

Discuss the 10 fundamental components of the exposition that make it complete

Speak the fundamental descriptions, meanings, relevance, value and purposes of each component

We will then break into groups to discuss these questions:

1.   What are the 10 components of the exposition for your most valuable offer?

How can you use them to produce competitive advantages for your customers and yourself?

2.   What is the DMRVP of the components of the exposition that are missing, weak, flawed or incomplete for your Listener?

How can you speak so your Listener quickly accepts and is willing to pay a premium for your offers, practices, narratives and strategies?

3.   What new strategic and competitive conversations about designing effective business narratives, and doubling your productivity, value and income, can you now have with your colleagues, employees, employers, vendors and customers?

Invite people who share your purpose to earn a living or become rich to take care of your families.
